FOR THE USE OF PACO PARK

  1. The applicant has read and agrees to comply with General Park Rules and Regulations.

  2. The filing of this application does not give the applicant the right to enter or use part or portions of the venue applied for until and unless a permit has been issued.

  3. A non-refundable reservation fee of 20% of venue rental is to be paid upon submission of this application form.

  4. Rates:

    A. For receptions:

Courts A and B (capacity: 100 pax)

B. For concerts and Ballroom Dancing (with or without dinner):

    A rate of P60,000 shall be charged for a maximum of 6 hours' use. If the activity extends beyond 12 MN, there shall be a 30% subcharge of total assessed fees. Electrical fee are to be computed by the NPDC Electrical Section. Clients are required to put up 4 portable toilets (portalets). The organizer is entitled to a one-day set-up free of charge.

  1. A five-hour set-up is provided before the main function and one hour for clean-up after the function.

  2. Venue rental intended for book launchings, on-the-spot printing/drawing contests and other similar activities shall have a rate of P6,000.00 for a maximum of 4 hours' use, and P1,000.00 for every additional hour thereafter.

  3. Accredited caterers whose services shall be availed of by clients shall remit 15% of the total catering contract to the NPDC, before the permit is issued to the client.

    a. For non-accredited caterer:
       * Should the services be availed of, a refundable P10,000.00 cash bond shall be paid
         and 20% of the total catering contract shall be remitted to NPDC, before the permit is
         issued to the client.
       * In the absence of catering contract, the above requirements shall still apply, subject to
         the following minimum rates:

           b. NPDC shall not be held liable for the breach in any provision of the catering contract
               between the client and the caterer.
 

  1. Additional facilities that will require the use of electricity shall be charged the following rates:

1. Band Facilities 25% of venue rental
2. Sound System 15% of venue rental
3. Mobile Disco 20% venue rental
4. Video Coverage 10% of venue rental
5. Others To be computed by the NPDC Electrical Section.
  1. In case of cancellation, please refer to the Guidelines in the Application of a Park Permit for the Use of Rizal Park and Paco Park Facilities.

  2. The request for re-scheduling of the reserved date by the applicant shall be subject to the availability of the venue and shall be made at least 15 days before the original date applied for. If reservation is made anytime after the 15-day period, there shall be a subcharge of 20% of the total venue rental.

  3. Upon acceptance of this application, the applicant shall be issued a Park Permit upon full payment of all assessed fees. All forms of payment are acceptable. In case of personal cheques, the permit will be issued only upon clearing of the cheque.
