GUIDELINES FOR ISSUING PERMIT TO
SHOOT
- Fee is P2,000 per hour for full-length video and commercial film
production with the acknowledgment of NPDC in the closing credit or
billboard.
- For requests involving "still" photography, the fee is P1,000 for a
minimum of four hours and P200 for every succeeding hour.
- If electricity is to be used, a flat rate of P1,000 per day is charged
regardless of the required wattage.
- Payment of a cash bond in the amount of P10,000 as guarantee for the
following:
a. Repair of damaged park facilities, plants and greeneries
whose cost cost is to be
determined by the NPDC Planning Division.
b. Payment for extension in the number of hours.
- Scenes or footages requiring the use of explosives of
any type including blank cartridges are not allowed.
- The cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities shall be maintained
and no garbage, trash or materials used during the shoot should be left in
the premises.
- Provision of at least two portable toilets (if the shoot is more than
one day).
- Submission of storyboard and/or sequence guide subject to the approval
of the NPDC Office of the Executive Director.
- The NPDC reserves the right to interrupt the shoot in cases where the
crowd becomes unruly or causes commotion or disturbance in the area. The
shoot may be rescheduled or cancelled should an event/activity of national
importance require the venue's use.
