Issuance of Bid Documents – July 13  to July 21, 2011

Opening of Bids – July 22, 2011, 2:00 p.m.  Conference Room, Executive Bldg., NPDC  Compound, Rizal Park, Ermita, Manila.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with procedures in R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the NPDC BAC Secretariat c/o Ma. Angela Karamihan/Edgardo Lunizo at Annex Building, NPDC Compound, Rizal Park, Ermita, Manila (tel. no. 302-7076; 3027180/fax no. 302-7381 upon payment of non-refundable fee of P500.00. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to NPDC-BAC Chairman.

The NPDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, declare a failure of bidding at any time prior to the contract award, or not to award the contract, without thereby incurring any liability, and make no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of the bidding.  Likewise, the NPDC may waive minor defect therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.  Further, the NPDC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
