GUIDELINES IN THE APPLICATION OF A PARK PERMIT FOR THE USE OF RIZAL PARK AND PACO PARK FACILITIES

  1. Applicant fills up form at the Business Affairs Division (except for activities which need the prior approval of the Executive Director).

  2. Applicant pays non-refundable reservation fee of 20% of the venue rental upon submission of the form to NPDC Cashier's Office.

  3. Permit will be processed only upon full payment, including the cash bond and other incidental charges, which must be made at least twenty (20) calendar days before the actual activity. Approved permit will then be issued within five (5) working days.

  4. In the event of cancellation under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Force Majeure

80% of the venue rental and 100% of other fees and charges paid.
  1. Voluntary Cancellation

 
  • Letter received one month before the scheduled date
  • Letter received 2 days before the date of the scheduled activity
80% of the venue rental and 100% of other fees and charges paid.

50% of the venue rental

  1. Cancellation due to events of national importance/significance

100% of the total amount paid
  1. The applicant must strictly comply with NPDC policies, General Park Rules and Regulations, and existing City of Manila ordinances, which shall form part of the park permit.
