The BAC will issue to
prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the Office of the BAC
Secretariat, Executive Building, NPDC Compound, Rizal Park, Ermita,
Manila from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. upon their submission of an LOI,
photocopy of PCAB License and upon their payment of a non-refundable
amount of P2,500.00 to the NPDC Cashier.
Biddings documents shall
be issued only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the
bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P5,000.00 to the NPDC
Cashier.
All particulars relative
to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bidding, Evaluation of Bids,
Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the
pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR).
NPDC reserves the right
to accept or reject any bid, declare failure bidding or not award the
contract in the situations cited in Section 41 of R.A. 9184.
