The celebration of National
Arts Month continues in Concert at the Park, this Sunday, February 7, 2010,
6:00 p.m., with “Sayaw Pinoy”, a showcase of Filipino talents in dance,
promoting dance in its various forms – folkdance, ballet,
modern/contemporary, hip-hop and dance sport/ballroom, courtesy of the
National Commission for Culture & the Arts (NCCA) – Committee on Dance.
Featured groups are the PowerDance, UE Silangan Dance Troupe, Kislap Sining
Dance Troupe, the Quezon City Ballet and the Halili-Cruz Dance Company. Ms.
Minette Padilla hosts the show. Admission is free..
